Report Ebay as well as the user as Ebay has the information on this person and allows him to keep creating accounts

Ebay has also been notified of these frauds and allows them to continue trading and apparently is not reporting these frauds to the police

I too have been conned by these, only the new user name is Dana.Rack.

Ebay have got to stop this.

i actually already thought i have lost the money to dana rack, when i suddenly got an email (after 4 weeks), stating that they apologise for the delay. they even included a tracking number, which doesn't work (although this is quite common with recently sent parcels).

what do you think?
is there any reason for dana rack to get in touch with me if they want to trick me? or do they just try to make me wait longer before reporting them? or did ebay eventually make them sent the staff? is it that they got afraid of investigators?

I have no doubts that it is delaying tactics. Same technique used with prior ID's.

I have a good idea that this could be a foreign national who is getting ready to leave the country.

I also received this email with tracking No. ending with HK so presumably Hong Kong.

Found this site by searching for FONEXS Burnley.

Didn't think I was the only one. Checked the feedback before making the purchase and all looked good, then, a couple of weeks later, loads of negatives and they're no longer registered

Well! Having posted yesterday that I too was scammed, in this morning's post arrived a packet from Hong Kong.

Not the 16gb pen drive I bought but a 32gb one???

The seller was dana.rack and I checked the feedback which confirms my confidence in making the purchase in the first place. The only negatives were in the last month, 28 of them???

I can only say, I'm now a satisfied customer and would have left a + were dana.rack still registered.

Your English is quite good here.

Simple fact is that it IS the same person who does this again and again ie Fonexs. The names payable to are all the same.

If this user is honest, why the many names, different registered names, male and female, always good initial feedback generated from sim sales, then a small period of high profile.
